Alloy Wheel Repair & Refurbishment · Warwickshire
Kerbing, corrosion and scratch repair for alloy wheels — restored to a showroom finish. Caliper painting available. Send photos for a fast estimate.
The Problem
Alloy wheel damage is one of the most common and most visible issues on any vehicle. Kerbing, corrosion and surface damage can make an otherwise immaculate car look neglected.
A close encounter with a kerb leaves ugly scrapes along the rim — visible from any angle and difficult to ignore.
Brake dust, salt and moisture cause lacquer failure and corrosion on wheel faces and spokes.
Damaged alloys are noticed immediately at trade-in or private sale — and priced accordingly.
What We Offer
Specialist repair of rim damage from kerb strikes — filled, shaped, primed and refinished to the original profile.
Corroded areas stripped back, treated and refinished to prevent further deterioration and restore clean appearance.
We can advise on refinishing options for your specific wheel type and current finish — gloss, satin and matte available.
Colour-matched or contrast caliper painting available in pairs or full set of 4 — a dramatic transformation through open-spoke alloys.
Send us clear photos via WhatsApp and we'll provide a fast indicative estimate — no need to visit us first.
We come to you at your home or workplace — all equipment brought on-site. No need to leave your vehicle at a workshop.
The Process

Damaged area stripped, cleaned and prepared. Old lacquer and corrosion removed in the affected zone.
Filler and shaping applied as required to restore the original profile of the wheel rim or face.
Primer, colour-matched paint and protective lacquer applied and cured. Finish matched to original wheel specification.
Final inspection of the repair. Wheel refitted if removed. Quality confirmed before we leave.

Diamond Cut Wheels
True diamond cut refinishing is not possible as a mobile service
Genuine diamond cut finishing requires a specialist CNC lathe to machine the wheel face to a mirror-bright finish. This is a workshop-only process and is beyond the scope of any mobile repair service.
What we can do — colour-match replication
Many diamond cut wheels have a distinctive bright silver or machined-metallic face with a contrasting painted pocket or spoke. Rather than leave damage unrepaired, we use professional colour-matching swatches to identify the closest or identical match to your existing diamond cut finish.
Swatch Matching
We compare your wheel against a professional range of colour-matched swatches to find the closest or identical match to the original diamond cut tone.
Colour-Matched Repair
The matched colour is applied with a high-quality finish to the damaged area — closely replicating the bright, machined appearance of the original diamond cut face.
Lacquer & Protection
A clear protective lacquer is applied over the repair to seal and protect the finish — matching the gloss level of the surrounding wheel.
Honest expectation:A colour-match repair won't replicate the precise lathe-cut reflectivity of a true diamond cut wheel under very close inspection — but at normal viewing distance the result is very close and a significant improvement over leaving damage in place. We will always show you swatches and discuss the expected outcome before starting work.
